Q. How quickly do you ship?

The masks will ship in 1-3 business days from your order if in stock. If an item is not in stock, it will be labeled as such. We add inventory regularly so check back again if something is out-of-stock.

Q. Do I need to wear a mask in public?

The CDC and WHO recommends to wear a mask in public. Check your local and state laws to see if you are required to wear one.

Q. How do I wash my mask?

The masks are machine washable or you can wash by hand. Hang to dry. Avoid tumble drying to ensure long lasting quality.

Our masks fits most people ages 9+. The masks include an adjustable ear strap to fit most size heads. A discreet nose bridge help create a better seal around your nose than traditional cloth masks.

Q. What are the PM2.5 filters?

PM2.5 filters remove 95% of tiny air particles commonly associated with air pollution. Our filters provide 5 layers of protection and each filter lasts 1-4 days depending on use. This mask is not intended for medical use. GroceryFace makes no warranties, either express or implied, that the mask prevents infection or the transmission of viruses or disease. The CDC recommends the use of cloth face coverings.

Q. I wear glasses. Will your mask fog them up?

Our discreet nose bridge mitigates foggy glasses, but will not prevent it for all people. Our customers find the most success if you ensure a tight seal around your nose and ear straps are snug.
